Pride Saint Louis and Gambit Fitness are partnering to bring together the local LGBT and allies’ community for WOD with PRIDE on Saturday, June 12.

The focus of the event is to unite the LGBT and allies’ community through a shared experience, a CrossFit workout. WOD with PRIDE will bring people together in an inclusive & supportive environment all for the spirit of Pride.

The workout is a partner event to encourage participation from those with and without CrossFit experience. There will be a prescribed (Rx) division and a scaled division. The movements, reps and loading will be adjusted in the scaled division to accommodate all skill levels. 

Division Details:

• Rx Division: Running, Rowing, Medicine Ball 20/14, Goblet Squats 53/35
  
• Scaled Division: Running, Rowing, Medicine Ball 14/10, Goblet Squats/Air Squats 35/25 (weight adjusted as needed)

The cost to participate ranges from $20 (participation) to $50 (participation + t-shirt) per team. All proceeds from the event will support the LGBT and allies' community.
