Sharpen the Axe Weightlifting Series

Hey Everyone! 
For four consecutive Saturdays at 10:00am, beginning June 8th.
Danielle Hudes (our Barbell Club Boss) will be holding a series we've named "Sharpen the Axe" which has been designed to break down in great detail our core weightlifting movements. 
The intention is to give you a deeper understanding of each movement, and to help you learn tools that you will be able to take away and use in your day to day training. The series will be taught clinic style with a time slot for practicing what you will learn with some weight on a barbell.
Expect 60-90 minutes per session. Week 1 will outline the squat, which is an extremely valuable base for all other movements. Week 2 is snatch, 3 is clean, and 4 is jerk.
This series will be appropriate for all skill levels.
Cost for current members $15/session. Cost for non-members $30/session. Discount offered for pre-purchase of all 4 Saturday!
