New Moons are a time for quiet reflection and planting new sees as we step into a new cycle.

The New Moon 🌚 in Pisces asks us to reimagine our lives and take a leap of faith using our imagination and our dreams, guiding them forth into 2023. 

We will begin our time with the gentle and loving plant medicine of Grandmother Cacao. We will create a connection to our hearts and to start to cultivate a space to slow down and go inward for inner reflection and setting intentions. 

It is there we will connect to the Piscean energy of imagination and transformation.

We have the chance to make important changes in our lives. What changes would you like to make? 

From this stillpoint of quiet connection and reflection we will make our way into a restorative yoga pose, held and supported by props and blankets, tucked into little healing cocoons, to receive divine light energy frequencies which will anchor in our intentions.  

These frequencies will help to relax and center, purify and cleanse, balance and integrate all of the energy centers and subtle bodies to further co-create a soft place to land within ourselves.  Think deep relaxation and soothing energies to support and nourish.  

Raw cacao is a higher vibrational plant spirit/essence that can assist in creating a deeper connection to our hearts, create a deeper connection with others, recharge the soul and help us to gaze inward to “see” and heal any stagnant emotions. It is a superfood packed with beneficial minerals and neurochemicals that can elevate our state of mind / boost our mood while simultaneously grounding us.

Please dress warmly, wearing layers.
