Spring running weather is just around the corner!

Whether you are looking to PR your 5k, run your first marathon, or return to running after an injury, this seminar is designed to help you meet your running goals this year!

Running is a skill, and like any other skill it takes practice to develop. Through learning and practicing proper running technique you can start seeing your run times improve, avoid running aches and pains, and nearly eliminate your risk of injury from running.

This 4-hour introductory seminar to the Pose Method of Running will give you all the tools you need to become a stronger and more efficient runner.

You should take this course if you...

• have ever suffered a running-related injury
• want running to feel easier
• want to run faster or longer (or both!)
• plan to train for a race (5k, half-marathon, etc.)
• want to run PAIN-FREE FOR LIFE
