THIS IS A TEAM EVENT - 1 FEMALE, 1 MALE = 1 TEAM

2 divisions this year, Elite & Open

Elite Division - 1 partner clean & jerks, 1 partner snatches

Open Division - 1 partner cleans, 1 partner snatches 

*PARTNERS REGISTER SEPARATELY 

Open Division Lifts from 3pm - 5:30

Elite Division Lifts from 5:45pm - 7:30pm 

• When you submit your registrations you will be asked for your planned openers
• The top 15 team totals will be placed in the Elite Division.
• You will be required to open with a lift within #20lb of your planned Clean and Jerk or Snatch 
• SCORING - 
  • Open Division Scoring - Sinclair Coefficients with Malone-Meltzer Weighting (Factors Age + Body Weight & Total)
  • Elite Division Scoring - Sinclair Coefficients ( Factors Body Weight & Total)
• Mulligan's ONSITE- each lifter gets 3 attempts at their lift. If they wish to have another attempt they can purchase a mulligan for $10.00 - All profits go to Jordan's Joy
• Prizes from our sponsors will be given to the top team in each division!
  • Richmond Weightlifting - wrist wraps for top male & female in each division 
  • Live Active 563 - Rogue Gift Cards and misc other prizes
• Your entry includes a shirt!

We will be donating a pair of Velaasa Weightlifting Shoes to the top female and male lifter overall who enter to be in this!!!!! 

• For and additional $25 you will get two lifts instead of 1, both a snatch and clean and jerk 
• You will qualify to win a pair of Velaasa Weightlifting shoes if you are the top female lifter overall and top male lifter overall
